-Bed linen: We change every 7 days, in case of extra demand please ask at the reception of Hotel Club Tisza!

-Blanket: Upon request we can provide an extra blanket, please ask at the reception!

-Cleaning: Cleaning is available for an extra cleaning fee, if you have any other requests, please let the reception know.

-Cleaning products: Shower gel and liquid soap are available in the bathroom facilities.

-Cooking: Individual cooking is possible in the accommodation, only in the designated areas (kitchen: gas stove; external fireplace), the necessary utensils (knife, fork, spoon, plate, coffee cup, pot, pot, spit, etc.) are provided by the accommodation.

-Electrical devices: For safety reasons, the use of electric appliances (kettles, microwaves, coffee makers) are not allowed in the rooms. Personal hygiene equipment (hairdryers, shavers, etc.) can be used in the toilet block. No electrical appliances other than those in the kitchen may be used!

-Heating: The heating in the rooms and communal areas is individually controlled by gas convectors.

-Internet: Broadband internet is available in the house via WIFI, which connects to the network in the area after entering the password.

-Firelighting: The use of outdoor fireplaces must comply with the current rules for outdoor fires! It is allowed only in designated areas, for which permission must be requested! Guarding and extinguishing the fire is the responsibility of the permit applicant!

-Towels: The towels can be found in the room on the beds. They can be changed upon request.

-TV channels: Press the "INFO" button on your TV to see the list of available Hungarian language channels.

-Valuables: We are not responsible for any personal belongings brought into the property!

-Windows: Please always close the windows when leaving the room or when leaving due to fast-approaching storms and possible animals. Please always use the door to enter and leave.

-Babybed: Baby cots are available for guests with children under 3 years old. Please inform the reception before arrival!

-Babybath: Please inform reception before arrival.

-Check-in: Check-in to Tavirózsa Pension is done at the reception desk of Hotel Club Tisza, where you will be given the keys to the house after filling in the check-in form and scanning the documents. The accommodation can be equiped from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

-Check-out: You must leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. If the keys are not handed over at the reception desk of Hotel Club Tisza by 10:00, an additional charge will be made. After check-out, the staff will check the condition of the accommodation equipment. If there is a shortage and/or damage, an additional charge will be made.

-Child footstool: Please inform reception before arrival.

-Doctor: If you need a doctor, please contact the reception immediately. The nearest emergency medical service is at Tiszakécske. In case of emergency call 1830.

-Information: Programme guides, flyers etc. are available at the reception desk of Hotel Club Tisza.

-Informatic helpdesk: Office services: for IT assistance and office services, contact reception staff.

-Lost objects: For lost luggage please call the reception of Hotel Club Tisza! Lost parcels are kept for 3 months.

-Potty: Please inform reception before arrival.

-Toilet reducer: Please inform reception before arrival.

-Compensation for damages: Damage caused negligently or intentionally, the accommodation shall make the person who caused the damage pay compensation! In case of any damage or anomaly the reception of Hotel Club Tisza must be informed!

-Fire safety: Fire and open flames in the building are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!

-Payment options: cash (HUF), credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro), SZÉP card

-Parking: Free parking is available on site for our guests.

-Pets: Please note that pets are allowed in the building for a fee.

-Smoking: Pursuant to the implementation of Act XLII of 1999 on the protection of non-smokers, NO SMOKING is allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in designated areas.

• Written acceptance of the quotation is required to confirm the booking, which will be answered by e-mail.
• Within 7 calendar days after the confirmation of the reservation, please pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation in advance. If required, our guests have the possibility to pay the full amount of the reservation in advance.

The amount of the reservation fee in excess of the deposit is payable at the hotel.

You can choose from the following payment methods at the hotel:

• Cash (only in Hungarian HUF)
• Bank card

The Customer must always notify the Hotel of cancellation in writing, which may also be done by e-mail.

Cancellation of services ordered may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. Between the 29th and the 14th day prior to arrival, the reservation may be modified once. Between the 13th and the 2nd day before arrival, the arrival date of the reservation cannot be changed and the penalty for cancellation is 50% of the reservation fee.

Cancellation or no-show before and on the day of arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the booking amount.

In the event that the Customer arrives later or leaves earlier than the confirmed time of stay, the Customer shall pay the full amount of the reservation fee for the booked period.
